What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express. You can also pay by
money order, or personal/company
check. Please see the
How to
Order page for more
detailed information. For corporate
orders, credit terms may be
established on a case by case basis.
How long will my order take to
process?
All orders are processed within
one-two business days. Orders placed
on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped
the next business day. Credit Card
orders are shipped immediately. Mailed
checks and money orders are shipped
upon receipt.
How are orders shipped?
The shipping and handling charges are
posted for the book and baskets on the
How
to Order page for shipping
to United States (excluding Hawaii and
Alaska). Shipping rates for Alaska and
Hawaii are a bit higher because
UPS Ground service is not available.
All orders would be shipped USPS
Priority or UPS Express service. We
will email you the total charge after
you place your order.
Baby Be Loved Book:
We offer complimentary (Free!)
shipping if you are not in a hurry for
the book to arrive. USPS Media Mail
takes approximately 5-14 days,
depending on your shipping location. I
you would like the book sooner please
select the USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day
option.
Baby Be Loved Gift Baskets:
Our gift baskets are shipped either
UPS Ground 3-6 business days, or USPS
Priority 2-3 days. If you would like
expedited delivery, call us, and we'll
let you know what the charge will be
in that case.
Do you ship internationally?
Canada
only.
The shipping rates will be quoted
based on location.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If your billing address is located in
California, which is where Mason
Publishing is located, you are
required to pay 8.25% sales tax.
Otherwise, you do not have to pay
sales tax.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Mason Publishing has taken every
precaution to make your transaction
secure. Our shopping cart and order
checkout pages utilize
industry-standard security measures,
including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
When you place an order we will be
notified by e-mail. That e-mail will
contain details of your order plus a
unique Shopper ID but minus the credit
card number. We have to collect the
card number using an SSL secure
browser, our personal login password
and username, and your Shopper ID
number.
What is your policy on Privacy?
Mason Publishing respects your
privacy, and we would like to
re-assure you that we do not sell,
rent or loan any identification
information regarding our customers to
any third party. Any information you
give us is confidential and will not
be used in ways you have not consented
to.

Are your products guaranteed?
Absolutely; Mason Publishing prides
itself on excellent quality and 100%
customer satisfaction. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it in its
original condition for a credit or
refund. Purchases may be refunded
within 30 days of being shipped. All
returns must be accompanied by the
original invoice or packing slip.
Shipping charges can only be refunded
if the return is due to an error
incurred by Mason Publishing.
After a return is received, it will
take 10 business days to process. If
using a credit card, refunds will be
credited to the same credit card that
made the original purchase. If paying
my check or money order, a refund
check will be mailed to you.
We recommend that returned items be
shipped by a carrier able to track
packages such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

The items in the gift baskets are
subject to change based on
availability of product. These items
will always be replaced with a similar

Will you include a personal message
with my gift basket?
We can include a handwritten gift card
with your text (no more than 200
characters). Please add your message
to the "Message" box during check out,
or email it to us at

I have a coupon for my order, but when
I place the order, the regular price
shows up. How can I get my discount?
Simply mention your coupon code in the
"Message" box when ordering, and
you'll only be charged the discounted
price. If paying by check or money
order, we will email you the
discounted total after you place your
order.
